- ACHHK094 The nature of a convict or colonial settlement in Australia, including the factors that influenced patterns of settlement, aspects of the daily life of its different inhabitants, and how they changed the environment.

Through an interactive presentation, students will learn about European settlement of Australia with a focus on the impact of introduced animals. This will include a timeline of important environmental historical events. Students will investigate environmental changes over time, using a case study of rabbits.
